If your query is not covered by our Frequently Asked Questions we suggest you download the specially written Site Position Doctor diagnostic utility that will analyse your Site Position™ installation and suggest actions to correct any problems found. The utility does not modify your system in any way.

We have an online reference section which includes a full copy of the help manual and some useful tips.

Download the spdoctor.exe file (84Kb) by clicking the link below.

When the download is complete simply run the spdoctor.exe program and follow the on screen instructions.

If the doctor can't find the problem or its suggested action does not work, it generates an e-mail report for analysis by our support team.
